TOP

The NpO/\m/ war fizzled out to the NpO/VE, Tetris, TOP (and several others) a while back.

All of these miscellaneous alliances surrendered long ago, with only TOP continuing to fight.

TOP has carried out war with an alliance nearly tripling it's size for almost two months, and, needless to say, there ain't much left of them.
Now, Confederates, is our time to act. I have proposed that the CSA get involved to the NpO minister of peace (who is ironically over their war department). If this goes through, all nations not capable of war at the moment (myself included...) will jump into peace mode. EVERYONE, DO NOT BUILD UP MILITARY FORCES.
ONLY BUILD UP MONEY.
This may not go through, and it may. If it goes through, we may gain an incredibly powerful ally. If not, we've lost nothing.

I can not afford a war, and you can not... we are the strongest nations in the alliance, is it even worth it to get involved?

Any successful war requires War Chests and you all know what that is correct?
