It is the belief of the TSU administration that a merger of the "TSU" and "CSA" alliances would benefit us both greatly.

THE CHARTER OF "THE SOUTHERN UNION" WOULD REMAIN INTACT BUT WOULD BE EDITED TO ALLOW MERGER AND THE CREATION OF NEW GOVERNMENT OFFICES. THE CHARTER WOULD BE EDITED TO ALLOW ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MERGER PROPOSALS.

It is our proposal to the alliance "Confederate States of America" that, as of the signing of this agreement, the two alliances should for all intents and purposes become one. CSA members would change alliances and would then recognize themselves as members of "The Southern Union" and would fall under the direct protection of "The Sweet Oblivion", TSU's protectorate.

Membership with the Southern Union is guaranteed to all current Confederate States of America members without having to be subjected to the application process that new members must go through. All current members of the CSA would instantly become accepted, full members will full rights in the TSU.

All government members in the Confederate States of America would be given seats of power in the Southern Union. Transition should go smoothly and all government members would take power instantly upon signing. Former CSA titles would be forfeited and new TSU titles would become active immediately.

As all CSA members would come in as new TSU members, they would be granted the standard 3 million dollar sign-up bonus afforded to all TSU applicants. The money will be paid out from current TSU management.

All former CSA members would be allowed to keep their "Confederate" identity in the forums as the new "Confederate Party" would be created as a political engine for elections. The current CSA President would serve as "Confederate Party Chairperson" and would work to have party members elected into TSU government in the future.

CSA President "Freak" would become Co-Vice President of the TSU and would take over in the case of absence of the TSU President. The CSA Secretary of State would become the new "Speaker of the House" and would be in charge of domestic affairs. The CSA Secretary of War would become the new TSU Secretary of Defense. The CSA Secretary of the Navy would become the TSU Secretary of Recruitment and the current CSA Secretary of the Treasury would keep his title and position in the TSU.

Together, we can lay the foundation of a mighty alliance.
